Most of the goods that you will find in our shop are made in our own workshops in the North East of Scotland, and so are unique to Silvermoon. Almost all of our goods are British in origin. Everything is refundable if faulty, or if for some reason you are not happy with it (see Terms and Refunds page)

Silvermoon can accept or refuse your offer to purchase either goods or services from us from any of our websites, at our discretion. No agreement will exist until we have accepted your payment, and even then, if we feel that we do not wish to continue with the transaction we may fully refund your payment via our payment system ‘Worldpay. Full refunds in the case of dissatisfaction with work or goods received by the client are given at the discretion of the company.
