Terms, Conditions and Returns Policy.
Your
goods will be posted out to you within 10 business days of remittance of your
payment to us through
Worldpay. if your order does not arrive within that time please phone or email
us (see below)

Payment:
with order, Credit card or Debit card through our sites secure pages with
Worldpay. (alternately by cheque with printed order sent to us by post.
UK only, see 'Orders
by Post' page.)
Breakages, shortages or damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.
Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded or exchanged which ever you prefer provided that we are notified by email or phone within three days of their arrival, and they are returned in the same condition as at dispatch from Silvermoon within 10 working days. (postage will be adjusted to compensate)
Our 'no quibbles' guarantee means that if, for any reason,
you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is defective, or
is not as you expected it to be,
provided that it is in its original condition, you can return it to us for
prompt replacement or refund.
Returned Item(s) Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages that you return to us, that are lost in transit: as you are
responsible for returning the items to us. We will only refund or replace items
that we actually receive from you! we recommend that you send all return packages by
Recorded/Special delivery.
If you do not receive item/s ordered by you within 20 days of the date on which you ordered them, SILVERMOON shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at madeinmoray@aol.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the item/s.
