Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our pages and click on any items that you wish to buy on the "add to cart"
button After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" to
view the contents, and then if all is in order, click on "Checkout" and you
will be taken to the payment page asked for your details. |

Shipping And Handling
Delivery Details SILVERMOON will deliver the item/s ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like SILVERMOON to deliver your order directly to a friend. Anticipated delivery times are 10 business days from receipt of order. (some countries may take longer, if unsure please ask us) If you do not receive the item/s ordered by you within 20 days of the date on which you ordered them, SILVERMOON will only accept liability if you notify us by email at madeinmoray@aol.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the item/s. If you do not tell us there is a problem, we can not fix it! |
| Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you within 10 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days, but may take up to five weeks. If delivery is delayed due to time of year (Christmas) we will advise you of that at the point of purchase. |
