Rhodochrosite.
Since the solar plexus rests midway between the upper and lower chakras, this stone when placed there helps to balance the energy flow between the upper and lower parts of the body.
In meditating, place rhodochrosite on your solar plexus, and be aware of it rising and falling as you breathe. This is both an excellent way to monitor your breath and to keep you from the distracting thoughts which are always waiting to enter our minds when we meditate. Have a mental image of its rich color, and imagine its warm, relaxing energy filling you.
Breathing is such a natural activity that we may think we do it naturally, but many of us don't. How are you breathing right now, i.e., is your abdomen going in or out when you inhale? If it's going in, isn't moving at all, or your breathing is shallow you're breathing incorrectly.
In deep, correct breathing the abdomen and diaphragm expand to allow themselves to be filled with air; they contract in order to push air out. Try this for a moment. You may feel a little light-headed at first because you're getting more oxygen.
Babies breathe this way naturally, but as we grow older, we find that shallow breathing reduces feeling.

.Spiritually this crystal helps us to forgive, and brings about reconciliation between people who have been hurting each other for some time. It also helps to heal old wounds and scars, both physically and emotionally.
Mentally, it is good for keeping a clear head in extreme situations, when in danger, or when threatened or under great pressure….it is very protective and grounding. it can often help to see a way out of seemingly hopeless situations
Physically it is the best wound healing stone of all!
Minor injuries like small cuts for example will heal very quickly, it also helps eliminate toxins out of the tissue as in the case of insect stings, or bites from larger animals.
To a lesser degree it will even help transform old scars that have already healed and give a better appearance...Rhodonite strengthens the heart and the heart circulation, and encourages fertility in both sexes.
It should be worn near the heart for healing emotional Injuries.
Daily meditation in a Rhodonite circle will have strongly spiritual and mental effects. In cases of minor injuries immediately press a moistened piece of Rhodonite to the wound and apply pressure on it for five to ten minutes.
For more serious injury, diluted essence may be applied directly to the injury.
