Mellowtree: Guiding Words & Music.
Crystal has been teaching meditation and running meditation groups for many years now. These CDs came about because she was being constantly asked to record some of her 'led meditations' for her clients.

Crystal is a registered and qualified crystal healer, counsellor and meditation leader, holding qualifications in all of these. Also holding Reiki level three at master/teacher level. Crystals voice will lead you gently into meditations that will help you relax and grow. Gary Lock is a professional composer and musician and owner of the somemusic record label. The Universal Breath.
Meditation allows us to create a safe space, where we can not only control physical symptoms without resorting to strong medication, but, through visualisation, we can connect with our spirit guides and helpers.
